Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:

We are thrilled to provide a 3-day return policy if you get a Damaged Product or a Missing Item in the Parcel. You are supposed to provide us an Unedited & Uncut Video of Opening of the Parcel, clearly displaying us the Damages or Missing Items.

You will be provided with a Credit Note against the same. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for any such Returns whatsoever may be the case. Customers are requested to pay for return shipping and this charge will be deducted from the amount of the credit note. However for the missing product & damaged product, you have to report us within 24 hours.

Parameters to Qualify for a Return:

1) We Accept return requests only for the Damaged Product OR Missing Items in our Parcel.
2) Customers should shoot a clear video while opening the Parcel. AND Parcel Opening Video (Unedited/Uncut) must be shared with us within 24 Hrs of receiving the Parcel on our WhatsApp Link

3) The Original Invoice, Packing and All Tags must be intact and the items must be unused.
The product shouldn’t have any blemishes or defects.

Returns won’t be Possible if:

It is outside the allotted time frame for a return request.

Anything included in the shipment, that was delivered, is missing,
misuse of the product resulted in the damage,
unless it was damaged when it arrived.

Any item that has been used and opened.

Items that came with a free gift cannot be returned without the complimentary items.

A promotional package’s individual items cannot be returned or reimbursed.

Any sale item or items purchased using a credit note cannot be returned.

Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return.

We retain the right to deny the return of the Product if LA_GEHNA deems that it does not meet any of the aforementioned parameters.

No Exchange Policy:
Please be advised that we do not offer any exchange of the Products/Items once sold and delivered as per Order.
